St. Augustine Distillery – locally founded and community owned, St. Augustine Distillery open their doors in hopes of bringing something special to the city. As craft distilling was happening throughout the company, it was not in Florida. After 18 months of planning, St. Augustine Distillery was launched with 28 local individuals and continues to craft whiskey, rum and gin with local ingredients.
