Fernandina Harbor Marina lies at the center of historic Amelia Island, in Fernandina Beach, Florida. The marina is located directly on the Intra Coastal Waterway at mile 716 on the Georgia/Florida border, and approximately 3 miles from the St. Mary’s Inlet. With 4,000 linear feet of side-tie dockage, concrete floating docks, 10 mooring balls and a 25′ depth, Fernandina Harbor Marina can accommodate almost any vessel. A full-time marina team is located on site to ensure smooth operations for all marina guests and slip holders.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: Fernandina Harbor Marina has a 48-hour cancellation policy for standard stays. In the event that you need to cancel within the 48-hour window ahead of arrival, you may be eligible for a credit for a future stay, at the discretion of the dockmaster on site.

SPECIAL EVENT AND HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY: Fernandina Harbor Marina has a 72-hour cancellation policy for all special events and holidays including, but not limited to, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc. In the event that you need to cancel within the 72-hour window ahead of arrival, you may be eligible for a credit for a future stay, at the discretion of the dockmaster on site.
