(ANNAPOLIS, MD, July 2019) Marinalife announced that voting is open for its 10th annual Best Marina Contest. We welcome votes for favorite marinas in two categories: Best Large Marina (more than 100 slips) and Best Small Marina (less than 100 slips). One vote for each category can be submitted at Marinalife.com/2019-best-marina-contest/. The contest ends Oct. 1, 2019.

“The Best Marina Contest gives boaters a chance to vote for the marinas that consistently provide excellent customer service and deliver a quality experience. We are excited to start seeing the votes come in for this year’s contest and reward the winning marinas,” said Dan Cowens, CEO of Marinalife.

The 2018 Best Large Marina winner was Marathon Marina in Marathon, FL. The Best Small Marina winner was Dolphin Marina & Restaurant in Harpswell, ME. The winners were determined by a six-month long survey on Marinalife.com open to boaters and marinas in the United States and abroad.

Marinalife encourages marinas to promote the Best Marina Contest to valued customers and boaters that frequent their location. Winners of the contest have published the “Marinalife Best Marina” banner on their websites and advertisements in past years. Plantation Yacht Harbor Marina in Islamorada, Florida was voted second place in the Best Small Marina category and in third place was Homeport Marina in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
