Uncle henry’s Marina is a 58 Slip Marina, with 21 wetslips yet to be sold at the rate of $2,000/linear foot (Price listed above is for 25′ wetslip) Slips range from 25′ to 65′ and are priced from $50,000 to $130,000. Can accommodate up to 90 feet overall. Ownership includes a “subleasehold estate” and membership in the Uncle Henry’s Marina Association. Smaller wet slips have 30 amp power, fresh water and cable TV.
Larger slips have additional 50 amp power. Wireless internet connection.
Other Amenities include Fuel dock, guest dock, boat ramp and 2300 SF Dockmaster’s building with Men’s and Ladies’ restrooms with Showers, Laundry, and Members only lounge.
