All rates subject to change. Special events and holidays including Lobster Mini Season, Fantasy Fest, Power Boat Races, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and the Key West Songwriter’s Festival are subject to minimum lengths of stay and premium pricing.

Monthly fee includes water, monthly pump out, and wireless internet. It also includes use of our state-of-the-art Fitness Center, Dog Parks, Laundry & Bath House. All Stock Island Marina Village guests get exclusive access to allÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ resort amenities and facilities, including out onsite boutique hotel (The Perry Hotel Key West), two waterfront pools, shuttle to Old Town Key west, dockside bars/restaurants, and more.

This marina requires a security deposit to confirm your reservation. Please provide at least 48 hour notice for all cancellations. Otherwise, the marina reserves the right to keep the deposit if the stated criteria is not met.
