TRANSIENT DOCKAGE
Peak Season(Memorial Wknd thru Labor Day)

• Sunday-Saturday $4.95/ft.
• Daily Rate for 4 hours $2.00/ft.**
• Holiday/Event Weekends 2 night Minimum
**Pool passes are not included in daily rates**

Off Peak(before Memorial after Labor Day)

• Sunday-Saturday $3.25/ft.
• Daily Rate $1.50/ft. for 4 hours

Minimum LOA on Transient Dockage is 25’

Transient Electric Rates:
• Single 30 amp $10/day
• Double 30/Single 50 amp $20/day

SEASONAL DOCKAGE
 Up to 10’beam(20ftMinimum)125/ft
 Over 10’ beam $130/ft
 Over 14’ beam $140/ft
 Over 16’ beam $150/ft

HI AND DRY (VALET) DOCKAGE
 Summer Valet up to 27’ – $115/ft.
 Summer Valet over 27’ – $135/ft.
 Easy, unlimited launch 7 days a week from April 1st to Nov.1st with one hour’s notice.
 Your canvas is removed, stored and put back on upon your return
 The engines are warmed up and ready to go
 After every haul we do a fresh water flush of your engines
 The boat is cleaned from the rub-rail down with soap and water after every haul
 Last launch at 4:00pm

PREMIUM HI AND DRY (VALET) DOCKAGE
 Premium Summer Valet up to 27’ – $145/ft.
 Premium Summer Valet over 27’ – $165/ft.
 All the great services provided with Valet Dockage plus
 At every launch we top off your fuel tank (*fuel charged to your account)
 The entire boat is washed with soap and water upon every launch
 The seats are wiped dry and clean at launch and upon your return

CLUB/POOL MEMBERSHIP
4 pool passes included with Annual Dockage, 2 pool passes with Summer Dockage ONLY.
Adults: over 16 years old- Children 16 and under, Children under 2 are admitted free.

SEASONAL MEMBERSHIP
o Individual – $499
o Couples – $799
o Children – $299

***Our pool is open from Father’s Day weekend through Labor Day.***

Policies

All reservations require a deposit of one night’s dockage (Holiday Weekends require deposit of two night’s dockage).
Deposits can be made by credit card, check, or money order (made out to: Strong’s Water Club & Marina, LLC.)
Balance is due upon arrival via cash or credit card; no checks will be accepted.
Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to your reservation arrival date for a full refund. If you cancel within 10 days of
your reservation arrival date, you are entitled to a refund minus a $20 processing fee. OR: In either case, a full credit can be issued that is valid for one year from the reservation arrival date.
