St Augustine Shipyard

St. Augustine Shipyard, LLC is a marina with the capacity of 300 dry/indoor storage spaces for boats of various sizes up to 42′ and will also have in-water boat slips for boats up to 100′ available. The Shipyard is situated on 50 acres of land, has two 10k gallon fuel tanks [94 octane], showers and restrooms with an after-hours code, a fish cleaning station [with carcass disposal], boat wash stations, boat rental company, ship store and tackle shop as well as on-site boat service bays. There is a hotel planned, five restaurants, an event hall, amphitheater, children’s museum as well as 100,000 square feet of retail space, and ¢ mile of boardwalk. We are located on the San Sebastian River, giving easy access to the Matanzas River and the Atlantic Ocean [a short 10 minute boat ride to the Intracoastal with access to the ocean]. There is plenty of parking available and we are a pet-friendly! We are conveniently located off of US1, minutes from the city, with major retail stores nearby, including a West Marine and Dunkin Donuts and other local restaurants, as well as gas station, veterinary office with boarding available.
