Family owned and operated from its inception in 1961, the Thorpe’s have endeavored to create an oasis apart from the hustle and bustle of the city. A short drive southwest of Chicago is all that is required in order to experience the serenity of the Illinois River. Three Protected Harbors With Utilities All 200 slips are outside the river’s current and within floating piers. This feature is of extreme importance, assuring that any fluctuation in the water level will not affect the mooring safety of your vessel. Electrical power (30 or 50 amp), water, and cable TV are provided at each dock.
