Skipjack Cove Yachting Resort is located on the Sassafras River, about seven miles from the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay. Guests will enjoy playing in an Olympic-size swimming pool, a children’s pool, a tennis court, a basketball court, volleyball, picnic, and BBQ areas. Skipjack Cove also has large bathroom and shower facilities, including 28 separate tiled showers with private heads, and laundry facilities. Boaters who need to fuel up and re-stock will be pleased with the fuel dock and a ship’s store on-site. Boat service is also available. Skipjack Cove Yachting Resort is also home to Signals, a charming and relaxing Eastern Shore restaurant and bar overlooking the beautiful Sassafras River. Dining inside or outside on the deck offers scenic views of the River and Cecil County farmland. Signals boasts a full menu including award-winning, “Best of the Bay” Crab Cakes, also specializing in Prime Rib entrees and weekly specials.
