Safe Harbor Great Island

SHGI slips and moorings are well-protected, in a natural hurricane hole. Shoreside amenities are clean and comfortable. There’s an excellent eatery on site, Iris Eats, serving breakfast and lunch, as well as beer, wine, dinners and provisions to-go. In-season, SHGI hosts a Friday Night Music series on the waterfront, for members and guests. A BBQ grill is also available for use at the head of the dock. Friendly, helpful dock staff are on duty, 7 days/week, during the summer months. Once on a SHGI hook, or berthed at one of our slips, exploring by tender is a fun way to see more of our corner of the bay. If you’re eager to get ashore, downtown Brunswick is just a short cab ride away.

Off-season, our expansive indoor storage facilities, and complete service and refit capabilities, make SHGI a first choice for discriminating yachtsmen and women.
