Policies
–Cancellation 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date will not be subject to a cancellation fee, if non-holiday period.
–Cancellations made within 72 to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date will be subject to the forfeiture of your deposit which is one night dockage.
–Cancellation made within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival date, or no show, will be subject to a fee equivalent to your Total Reservation Value.–Holidays: A three night’s deposit is automatically charged at the time of booking. Cancellations made outside of ten (10) days, deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within ten (10) days of scheduled arrival date, results in forfeiture of your deposit. Holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, New Year’s Eve
Cancellations made due to weather conditions: Deposits will be refunded in the event that the U.S. Coast Guard has issued a small craft advisory to be in effect on the day of scheduled arrival.
