Port Washington Public Wharf

In North Pender Island’s Grimmer Bay, flanked by James Point and Willey Point. Just offshore is Boat Islet with Port Washington Light on its western end. the brown “Shed” and black and white General Store edifices are at the head of the wharf. The land climbs steeply from the shore; contemporary homes are visible through the trees. This is a quiet residential area that promises solitude, beachcombing and lazy days.
