Reservations require a 25% deposit on the total dockage price at the time of booking. Cancelation of 50% or more of the reservation more that 30 days before the first reserved night will result in no penalty and a complete refund of the deposit.
Cancelation of 50% or more of the reservation less than 30 days but more than 72 hours before the first reserved night will result in a refund of deposit less 10% of the canceled nights. All fees for the remainder of the reservation will be due upon check-in.
