In fact, you have to clear the north end of the cruise ship pier to reach the marina’s fuel dock. The tourist pier has a bank, shops and an air-conditioned Internet cafe. The security couldn’t be better. You must pass through a guarded gate to get on the property, and several armed security personnel patrol the docks and port entrance.á
