Marathon Marina, Boatyard and RV Resort, winner of the 2018 Marinalife Best Large Marina contest, is located in Boot Key Channel between green markers seven and nine. Our marina can accommodate vessels up to 125 feet for daily, weekly and monthly durations as well as permanent liveaboard guests. We can shelter over 100 watercraft for short-term or long-term storage. Call us when you are on your way, and we will have your boat ready and in the water when you arrive.

Our Boatyard boasts a 75 metric ton travel lift as well as expert paint, fiberglass, and mechanical repair.
We can accommodate up to 8 “Big Rig” RV’s in our oceanfront RV Resort with beautiful spacious sites. RV guests enjoy full hookups as well as all the amenities the marina has to offer. Our certified diesel mechanics are available for any maintenance or mechanical repair work needed during your stay.
