Vessels up to 39ft./ Beam no greater than 14ft. / Max. Draft 7ft = $400. per night. (Sorry, if your beam is greater than 14ft. you will not fit into our small boat slips and move into the next rate category) Vessels 40-45 ft. / Beam no greater than 14ft. / Max Draft 7ft. = $450 per night (except for Hinkley, Intrepid and similar boats =$500) Vessels 50-59 ft. / Any size Beam / Draft 15 ft. = $650 per night. Vessels 60-69 ft. / Any size Beam / Draft 15 ft. = $750 per night. Vessels 70-79 ft. / Any size Beam / Draft 15 ft. = $850 per night. Vessels 80-85 ft. / Any size Beam / Draft 15 ft. = $950 per night. Vessels 86 ft. - 160 ft. Call for availability and rates. *If 2 to 3 boats are traveling together you may raft on the outer dock = $450 per boat. SEASONAL RATES: Vessels up to 40 ft./Beam no greater than 14ft. / Max. Minimum stay for advance reservations is 2 nights (3 nights on Holiday weekends). To confirm your reservation, payment must be received within 7 days of request. CHECK-IN: After 2:00 p.m. (If you plan to arrive after 5:00 p.m. you must notify us or forfeit your stay). CHECK-OUT: No later than 11:00 a.m. (Any boat leaving after 11:00 a.m. will be charged a minimum of $50 per hour). CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are non-refundable, apply only to the dates listed above, and may not be transferred to another vessel or person. NO REFUNDS ON EARLY DEPARTURES, LATE ARRIVALS, OR NO-SHOWS. Failure to call us by 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation.Additional Information
