Standard Daily Rate 59ft or less: $4.00 per foot per day
Standard Daily Rate 60ft-84ft: $4.35 per foot per day
Standard Daily Rate 85ft or over: $5.00 per foot per day
Special Event Rate: plus $1 per foot per dayIf your monthly reservation crosses over a special event period, the special event dates will be charged at $5-$6 per foot with the remainder of the month at the prorated monthly rate.

Pump out fee is $5All transient reservations require a deposit of 1 night’s dockage upon booking.
All Monthly reservations require a 25% deposit upon booking.
All special events require a non refundable deposit in the amount of the minimum stay requirements for the event upon booking.
Policies
A deposit equal to one night of dockage is required to confirm any transient reservation. The current reservation policy has a 5 day cancellation period. This means reservations must be cancelled prior to 5 days from the date of arrival. There will be a $25 administrative charge to cancel any reservation. If the reservation is cancelled within this 5 day period, then the deposit will be held as a non-refundable credit to be used within the next 6 months. Any further cancellations will forfeit the deposit. Failure to arrive or call by the starting date of the reservation will result in a forfeiture of deposit. Deposits cannot be transferred from one vessel to another. Monthly reservations have a 30 day cancellation policy. Check out time is 11AM. Late checkout requests must be made to the Dockmaster prior to your date of departure. Any vessels remaining in the Marina after 2pm on the date of departure will automatically be charged for an additional night of dockage.
