50% of total is taken at time of reservation as a deposit.
We are a small marina and therefore cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so two weeks prior to your arrival date. Your deposit will be refunded less a $75.00 cancellation fee within 30 days of cancellation. If cancellation is within two weeks of your arrival date, for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.Check in is any time after 12:00pm. Check out is 10:00am. Vessels that do not check out by check out are subject to additional nightly fees. Please notify East Hampton Point Marina if you will be arriving after 4:00pm, at 631.324.8400, so that we may give you directions to your boat slip. Please also be advised that nightly electric is not included in the dockage fee and will be charged at time of check out. Any other purchases will also be charged at time of check out. If you depart from East Hampton Point Marina, the credit card on file will be charged for any unpaid balances.
