No deposit required. Must cancel within 72 hours of arrival or one nights dockage will be charged. GREENWICH HARBOR LLC GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS 1. Dock contracts are not transferable. 2. All boats must have and maintain current hull and liability insurance, a copy of which must be submitted with contract. Greenwich Harbor LLC is not responsible for damages due to fire, storm, theft, winds, ice, acts of God, docks, other vessels, outside labor, or the work of independent contractors. The owner agrees Greenwich Harbor LLC will not be held liable in the event of such occurrence. 3. To be admitted and to continue as a tenant of the dock, a boat must be: a) In a safe and seaworthy condition. b) Registered, identified, marked, equipped and maintained as required by law and safe practice; c) Subject to periodic inspection by Greenwich Harbor LLC to determine the maintenance of proper safety conditions; d) In conformity with the laws of the State of Connecticut and the ordinances of the Town of Greenwich and the U.S. Coast Guard. 5. The boat owner acknowledges that Greenwich Harbor LLC makes no representation regarding the adequacy of water levels for egress and ingress. Greenwich Harbor LLC is not responsible for damages resulting directly or indirectly from low water levels. 6. No outside labor or independent contractors' work is allowed unless written permission is obtained from Greenwich Harbor LLC. Greenwich Harbor LLC will require a Certificate of Insurance for all outside contractors. 7. No charcoal or open fires will be permitted on docks, boats or open grounds within the dock area. No fish cleaning will be allowed on docks. 8. The use of electric extensions is at the sole risk of the user, and Greenwich Harbor LLC shall be exempt from any liability for damages or injury to any person or property caused by or as a result on the use of electrical appliances. 9. All shorelines, adapters and dockside male plugs MUST be equipped with an acceptable ground weatherproofing in accordance with Article 555 the National Code. In 220v/50 amp systems the neutral leg does NOT constitute a ground. 10. Only bumper guards approved by Greenwich Harbor LLC can be installed on the dock. All other bumper guards will be removed at the owner's cost. 11. Tenants must provide Greenwich Harbor LLC with a set of main door or hatch keys (combination locks preferred) and ignition keys. The boat will only be entered by the dock personnel for possible periodic inspection or for emergency service, otherwise only with the authority of the tenant. 12. Overboard discharge of heads or holding tanks within the dock is strictly illegal. Anyone discovered doing so shall be reported to the proper authorities. 13. All trash must be properly separated and deposited only in designated receptacles. No unattached articles (trash, boxes, inflatable or boarding ladders). 14. Dogs must be leashed at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. 15. Owners are responsible for the appropriate behavior and dress of guests and family members. Please respect the rights of others. Noise will be strictly regulated for the quiet enjoyment of all tenants. 16. Greenwich Harbor LLC does not and cannot assume responsibility whatsoever for the safety of any persons or property, directly or indirectly. 17. No parking will be provided to owners and his/her guests, without prior written approval. 18. Dinghies left on docks or in slips may, at the discretion of the dock, be removed. 19. Display of signs of any type on boats at the dock is prohibited unless prior permission has been received from office. 20. Swimming, diving or fishing is not permitted from docks or finger piers on the dock. 21. Laundry shall not be hung out on boats, docks or finger piers. 22. When entering or leaving the dock, boats must be under power, not sail. 23. When entering and exiting the Greenwich Harbor LLC property, boat owners and guests must use the assigned walkways only. 24. Any infraction of the above rules and conditions of the dock by the tenant shall, at the discretion of Delamar Greenwich Harbor LLC, Result in the cancellation of this contract upon ten (10) days notice. Should the tenant fail to remove the boat after said notice, The dock will have the boat hauled at the owner's expense.Additional Information
