Reservations cancelled by 2pm, 48 hours prior to the reservation date may be used up to one calendar year from the original reservation date. If you cancel your reservation after 2pm within 48 hours of the reservation date you will lose the remaining reservation within the next 48 hour period. Reservations cannot be canceled or rescheduled within the 48 hour period leading up to the arrival date. For example, if you have a reservation for Friday/Saturday and cancel at 2:30pm on Wednesday, you will have a remaining credit of 1 night for use within the next calendar year. Canceled reservations may be made via email or by speaking directly to the Dockmaster. If you cancel a reservation please plan ahead when re-booking as availability is limited and on a first come basis.
