Buck’s Harbor Marine and Charters

Buck’s Harbor Marine and Charters is in a fully protected deep-water harbor at the head of the famous Eggemoggin Reach in Maine’s most beautiful cruising grounds. The Marina’s granite pier dates back to 1814. This is the site of Robert McCloskey’s well-known book, One Morning In Maine. The facility is immaculate, bordered with fresh geraniums and well-known for its personal service. The fully equipped floats and pumps are served by dockboys. There is a unique store where you can find a good book, children’s toys, a spare fuse or spark plug, or treat yourself to one of our famous key lime pies…or just enjoy an ice cream pop, lounge in our dock’s Adirondack chairs, and meet our dogs Barclay & Horatio “the horrible”.
