The Cortez Village Marina is located at 12160 Cortez Road on the Bradenton mainland just 1/3 mile east of the bridge to Bradenton Beach. By water, the marina is just a 2400′ canal ride from the Intercoastal Waterway between the mainland and Bradenton Beach, Longboat Key and Anna Maria Islands. Cruise 2 miles south to the nearest gulf pass or enjoy daytrips south to Sarasota or north to Tampa Bay, the Manatee River and downtown Bradenton.
