Rates
2022 Rates: Under 40′ is $5.75 per foot per night. 40.1′ to 60′ is 6.75 per foot per night. 60.1′ to 80′ is $7.50 per foot per night, Over 80′ is $8.00 per foot per night.

100 amp: $125/day
100 amp 3 phase: $210/day

Policies
There is a 6 day cancellation policy.
If a reservation is cancelled more than 6 days in advance, the deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 6 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable, but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded.
If the boater arrives and decides to depart early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
Between June 29 – July 6 there are NO refunds or rain checks for reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance.
