City Dock , launch ramp and off shore mooring at Eagle Harbor: The City of Bainbridge Island offers 200 linear feet of moorage capacity at the public dock and an additional 200 linear feet at a mooring line out in the harbor. The dock and mooring line operate on a first come first serve basis. The cost is $0.10 for under three hours at the dock, $0.50 per foot per day at the dock for over 3 hours, $0.25 per foot per day on the linear moorage over three hours. The maximum stay is 48 hours within a 7 day period. The also operates a public launch ramp at the dock. Launching is free. Parking for boat-trailer combinations is $8 per day or $80 annually. Car-top boaters can register for overtime parking for $5 per day. Hot showers and garbage collection are included with paid moorage. Daytime dinghy tie-up, 24-hour pump out and porta-potty dump station, and restrooms are open to the public. Short term anchoring is free and guests can pay separately for garbage and shower.Policies
Anchoring is prohibited on the EPA sediment cap ($25,000 fine). Anchoring is prohibited east of the WSF repair facility and within 200" of marinas. 5-knot and no-wake begins at the USCG G#5. There is no discharge of any kind allowed. Private tidelands begin west of the last marina. For large groups or very large vessels, reservations are accepted by completing an Eagle Harbor Dock Use Permit and returning it to Tami Allen, Harbormaster, tallen@bainbridgewa.gov.
