Summer in-water or dry storage (May 1st through October 31st) - Currently the Marina is offering a NEW CUSTOMER Promotion. Call 609.390.1850 today and SAVE! Transient Slips- You are always welcome here. We have overnight slips available that include water and electric (where available) and full use of the Marina amenities; our rates are very competitive. Be sure to ask us about our extended stay discounts. Winter storage normally includes haul out, power washing of bottom, block or rack storage and a launch in spring. Summer Storage- the marina requires 1st deposit of $500 when you reserve, 2nd $500 deposit by February 1st and final balance by May 1st or when you launch (whichever comes first). Winter Storage-full payment when you reserve or upon your arrival. Transient-the marina requries a 50% deposit to hold your reservation. If a reservation is cancelled and the slip/rack is re-rented for the same rental period, the "Gross Rental" amount, less 25% cancellation fee, will be refunded. If the slip/rack is not re-rented, the "Total Amount Received", will be forfeited. All Seasons Marina has no obligaton to re-rent the slip/rack. No refunds will be made for early departures or the Boat Owner's dissatisfaction with the rental.Additional Information
