Suntex Marinas expands into new locations.
Suntex continues to broaden its portfolio by acquiring Hurricane Marina on Center Hill Lake in Silver Point, TN, and Pleasure Cove Marina on Lake Berryessa in Napa, CA. The company also launched a boat rental operation of pontoon and triton boats at Laurel Marina & Yacht Club, located on South Holston Lake in the mountains of Northeast Tennessee.
The Wharf Marina in Washington, DC is now being managed by Oasis Marinas.
The Wharf Marina includes all marina operations along the entire mile-long Wharf neighborhood, including the Market Docks, Wharf Cove, Washington Channel Moorings and the former Wharf Gangplank Marina. The Wharf, developed by Hoffman-Madison Waterfront, is a $2.5 billion, world-class, mixed-use waterfront development centrally located on the Potomac River.
