This completely expanded and renovated, full-service marina is now open as the centerpiece of the Midwest’s premiere waterfront resort community. The resort will include 750 waterfront residences, 460 wet slips, 250 dry stack units, 100-room boutique hotel and conference center, and upscale shopping.
